I am a qualified (CMI Level 7) and very experienced coach and mentor working at predominantly the senior leadership level.

I am a Member of the Association for Coaching and as part of my coaching offer, I am certified in the use of a number of personal development assessment tools: Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Psysoft EQi 2.0. Thomas Kilmann Instrument. NEO-PI-3 Personality Assessment.

I am an experienced Group Facilitator and have been an Accredited, Affiliated Member of the Association of Facilitators since 2019.

Following my own experience as a Windsor Leadership Organisation Alumni of 2016 on their Women in Leadership Programme, I now facilitate on that programme and their Emerging Strategic Leaders and Developing Leaders Programmes. I am also part of their individual Coaching Programme. 

I can provide an impartial, objective facilitation service for group projects and discussions.

I am a highly experienced, Level 4 qualified Trainer. 

As an Associate Trainer with the College of Policing, I have delivered many Senior Leadership Development Programmes, both in the UK and overseas, since 2019. 

I can help develop and deliver leadership programmes and workshops utilising personal development tools in a group setting, to enhance team understanding, cohesiveness and effectiveness.
